now. What has he done in that time to suggest that he is a world menace?

He is an annoyance and a shít stirrer but he is not a threat to the EU and definitely not one to the US.

The left wants to keep our eyes on Russia so we don't focus on the real threat to the East. China has done a masterful job infiltrating all of the left's power bases and cozying up to their leaders there.
