cities tried that, under the assumption that poverty drove crime. I don't believe it does.
Do you think paying reparations will stop robberies in the inner cities?
Put congress on term limits don't allow them or anyone in their circle to purchase stocks while they're in office, maybe give them significant raises, but not to the amount discussed in this thread.
If this would work, we should just raise the minimum wage to $200 per hour. No more crime.
