to cancel contracts just because they want to spend it on other less worthy things. That requires further congressional action. Now I agree the spineless antiAmericans in congress and the Supreme Corrupt will let the trump do whatever criminal actions he wants but the issue is legality not what darkness will certainly come to pass.
