I'm not gonna say everything should be cured by now because the reality is maybe somethings are not curable.
But no doubt the throw the spaghetti on the wall approach we fund things is somewhat counterproductive and wasteful. I do understand that just following one course of action isn't the best but trailing down a hundred avenues at once it's any better.
