Musk's doggies are eliminating agencies and programs that Musk does not like. Musk is partnering to open up the "everything app" X Money. Musk wants the watchdog protecting consumers from financial abuse the CFPB out of business. The CFPB has caused to return $21 Billion from scammed consumers. A part of USAID was investigating shenanigans at Musk's Starlink after he offered that to Ukraine in its fight against the Russians. Musk does not want any adult supervision as he ransacks the US Treasury.
He and his puppies have not uncovered even a whiff or fraud or waste, but they working to erase supports that are of value to non-billionaires. If you want to uncover waste or fraud you hire you hire accountants, not hackers. Further these programs and agencies were set up by the US Congress under powers given to it by the US Constitution. The president, let alone one of his donors has no legal right to touch them. Trump's main advisor and primary author of Project 25 is looking towards our Post-Constitutional future.
