they basically privately funded lobbyist groups that were basically anti-corporate like agendas. Much like what the Water Keeper's alliance was.

Seems they have been successful at getting government money through the backdoor.

How exactly that happened, I do not know, and not sure if Elon has traced the history of it or just exposed the payments.
