biden came out and announced he would choose a black female as his running mate, so it was widely understood that merit, competence and experience was not going to be a factor. The surprise was that he chose Harris, a drunken ignorant lightweight of a liberal who had whored her way up the political ladder in California. The American people never accepted her and in fact generally detested Harris.
