Drink is now the sixth highest paid coach in the SEC. Mizzou is the perfect situation. You get paid top tier money and the expectations are not top tier. If he goes to LSU or OU he maybe makes another $1M (which Mizzou would likely match) and expectations are Natty or bust!
No one except Drink knows how he thinks. My perception is that he's a family guy, he owns the Mizzou program and athletic dept, he's paid extremely well, and he doesn't need to disrupt his family to move. Also, trying to be objective, Columbia is a far better town to raise kids than Oklahoma City (Norman) or Baton Rouge.
I think the only job he'd consider is Auburn and I don't even see that.
