really matters anymore is your NIL war chest.

Drink has built a well-oiled NIL machine at MU, and he's very persuasive at getting our donors to pay up.

As long as we pay him a competitive salary and provide him with what he needs to recruit a top 20 roster, I think he'll stay.

He'll have more job security at MU than the other places mentioned, due to our (relatively) lower expectations.
