regulations you mentioned (antitrust laws, employment laws, Title IX).

Consequently, the only way to "solve the problem" is for the government to fully take itself out of the equation – by nullifying those laws & regulations so that college sports can go back to governing itself.

In other words, what conservatives want is a truly free market for college sports, without government laws & regulations getting in its way.
