Not all of the lawsuits are on antitrust. SOme are Title 9. Some are on employment law, and whether the athletes are "employees". Let it be bargained between the Schools and athletes. Keep the government out of it as much as possible. Once upon a time conservatives would never have wanted the Federal government to "solve our problems".
