Because it allows Criminal Illegals to remain in the Country on the coat tails of a loophole of being born in America. It is bad because the Loophole baby is a lesser citizens in the eyes of most nothing but a Criminal him or herself.

It is bad because we have to have a infrastructure that is paid for on the Sweat of My and Your labors to deal with these type of situations. AKA the govt is stealing my time and Wealth to deal with Garbage foreigners and their now anchor baby's born here for Grift and selfish motives.
