But I find difficult to believe that a QB of a team that won twenty-three games in his two seasons of starting, doesn't commit a bunch of silly turnovers (last night notwithstanding), and has seemingly improved year-over-year is somehow the lesser QB.

I'm also of the opinion that the quality of coaching he'll get at the NFL level dwarfs anything he'll get at even a power program like PSU. There are exceptions to that, but situation will be a big factor.
