People who win with only a plurality and not a majority don't have mandates. He has the right to nominate his choices for cabinet and the Senate has the duty to advise and consent...they are not a rubber stamp. He may get most of his choices through, but as last time shows, most of those choices likely won't last long. They'll either get ****ed at Trump because he's an unmitigated arse and woefully incompetent or they will have to resign themselves because they are woefully incompetent. Trump had extremely high turnover in his last term, and I'd be shocked if this time was different, unless it is to get worse.
