a statement and don't REALLY want another 15 vote cluster fluck embarrassing themselves and slowing Trump's agenda. That budget fiasco deserves to be recognized and punished.
But not right now. They need to move forward.
And it's not like they've got 218 Republicans all clamoring for anyone in particular to replace the speaker. I hope they're just trying to send a message about fiscal responsibility and not making a serious effort to replace the speaker.
