Do they really want to spend weeks selecting another speaker instead of getting to the business of governing?
Personally, although I haven't followed it very closely, I thought that 1500 page budget was a bad joke. And I am hugely disappointed that Johnson didn't do better on that. That was disgraceful.
Nonetheless. If Republicans want to govern instead of squabble, they are going to have to coalesce around the president and his agenda and his nominees.
