Just call it personal fouls as you see fit. If the league sees it so bad that they want to kick him out, then do so. Or they can hand some sort of punishment during the week.

hits do the head of defenseless players need to get penalties. They do not necessarily need to be balled targeting.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
