I love the rivalries and the possibility of playing teams that are geographically close together. I do believe you must have wins vs the top 20 teams regardless of your record to be considered in the playoffs. I think this year was a disaster on how weak the wins were that got teams into the playoffs. Notre Dame has been playing cupcakes for years. Yeah it’s traditional, but don’t complain if you don’t make the playoffs because of it.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
