Interesting idea. 12 six team divisions. 72 teams and forget all previous conference affiliations. Force out of conference with the other divisions on a rotating basis. I would love to see that. Basically it's the NFL model and you could keep large markets like Phoenix and Denver and parts of the West coast and plains engaged with such a model. His point the idea should not be to destroy college football but just make it a bit more fair for the cream to rise to the top.
