position. Admittedly, his call to action was rather vague, but he definitely intended to inspire action. These were not hypothetical situations or possible activities for a mob. He was calling for violence and killing based on race.
Which in my opinion is disgusting and despicable, not to mention dangerous, but may not be criminal.
I find it fascinating that Donald Trump's admonitions to protesters on January 6 were to march peacefully to the capitol, were conveniently interpreted by some radical, idiotic, never Trumpers to be an insurrection, and an attempt to overthrow the government of the United States.
While the fat guy at BLM was calling for violence and murder against a specific race of people is no big deal.
Clearly, I am of two minds on this, weighing the intent to incite violence, even if devoid of specifics against first amendment liberties and rights, but I am inclined to your perspective at this time, given the lack of specificity by the fat black guy.
