is to swap out D1 schools for the cupcake games to prove how much better they are than teams in other conferences.
That means playing 10 conference games (or more) instead of just eight, not ideal.
And it doesn't solve the real problem, which is the eight SEC conference games being almost impossible to navigate without multiple losses.
Even Texas, the only current SEC team with only one-loss, will likely have two losses before the end of the season because they have to play Texas A&M and then Georgia - AGAIN.
That means they could even be another three-loss SEC school before it's all over.
When one conference has the ability to knock each other off almost like professional teams and the other conferences are extremely top-heavy and can feast off the bottom, there is almost no way to make it fair - at least not with automatic bids for conference champions and incorrect weighting on losses.
