Miami -no ranked teams played, lost to 6-4 GaTech

Boise St 1-1 (played #1 Oregon closer than anybody though)

Meanwhile on the outside looking in:
Alabama 3-1
USCe 2-2
ASU 2-0
A&M 1-2
Missouri 0-3

I'm guessing the message is going to be pretty clear to coaches and AD's and the unfortunate consequence is going to be the dumbing down of schedules even more. The fans lose out in that scenario.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
