that is the issue. You are right. Most of the time we'd be thrilled and looking forward to a bowl matchup around the holidays. Pinkel won multiple bowl championships and was rightfully lauded for it. All his players played in those bowl games. Now, with an expanded playoff, all 90% of the fan base (and most P4 fanbases) care about is making the 12 playoff. That's just the way it is now, even for the the Mizzou fan base and media.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
