The last 4 years did happen, and they have been a complete disaster by any measure. People associate that disaster with Harris. So when they look at how their lives were under Trump and compare it to the last 4 years, Trump comes out on top. It's that simple. Are you better off now than you were 4 years ago? It's the economy, stupid.
