When it all came crashing down, they were in a pickle. Harris is a joke of a candidate, but she is the only one who could take over Biden's considerable campaign war chest. They thought they could use the same hide-her-away campaign that worked for Joe, but when she started slipping in the polls, they were forced to expose her in a hail-mary attempt to regain some momentum.

That has not worked either.
