You are just delusional at this point. I know people on Team Trump. People very high up in the campaign (national director level). They are optimistic, yes, but not even close to saying it is in the bag. What I can tell you is that may change by the middle of next week. Their thought is if Harris doesn't turn the polling around in a major way by then, it will be too late at that point and they will pivot to getting out the vote and stopping the steal. Most people won't notice the difference, but at the national level their efforts and time might be shifting to other priorities.

But as of today, they are full steam ahead.
