Biden had chosen to run again. His debate performance prevented that. There was no conspiracy. It took some time to get a man - the third in our nation's history - to relinquish the power of the White House. And Kamala Harris has done really great to take Democratic hopes from non-existent to at worse a coin toss. In the end, I think Harris wins it.
