More than any other thing this fact can cause good coaches to get fired and bad coaches to be retained.
NIL makes the whole problem a ton easier because it's on the program and the fanbase to acquire worthwhile talent - from there they can be coached up but the overall equation at this point is probably 70% talent 30% coaching, if that.
