game... 41%. We were 0-1 on 4th down conversions. Putting those together we were 7-18 on conversion attempts or 39%.

In their prior possession BC marched 75 yards in 8 plays for a touchdown in 2:13, making the score 27-21 Missouri.

They kicked off. We got the ball on our own 25 yd line with 3:45 on the clock. We were at 3rd down, 7 yards to go at our own 28 yard line with 2:32 left in the game.

That 3rd down conversion was certainly not a given. Had we not made it, BC would have gotten pretty good field position and would have had plenty of time to score another TD and take the lead.

Cook to Burden for 11 yards got us the first down at our own 39 yard line with 2 minutes on the clock. Carrol rushed for 6yds, then 2 yds leaving us with a 3rd & 2 at our own 47 yd line with 1:55 left.

The odds were in our favor, but it would not have been all that unusual for them to stop us there. Had they done so they would have still had a chance to win the game.
