support from the administration, kids and wife are settled. He has indicated a few times finding a place for his family to settle is very important to him. He has been through the tough building block stage. In his income bracket no state income tax etc is attractive in FL. He may leverage it for something more than he wants here and probably would but I don't think he bolts.
