it's not the money failing kids. it's the lack of accountability for teachers, admins, and students.

It's a pampered over priced day care system run for the benefit of the teachers union, admin staff.

Which could be eliminated by using the khan academy online, and giving kids a free tablet.

But then dems couldn't groom them, which is probably gryo's concern.
