it to convince 16 or so former high school players to come on a free trip to Chicago and go to the DNC and be on stage.

Also Walz last volunteered for the football team in 2006, so those former players are all in their mid 30's now, surely none of them had any other reason to show up.

And by the way who cares what he did as a volunteer assistant from 18 years ago on a football team. What does that have to do with governing the country.
