I told you, it is my opinion of why he did that.

I do not believe him when he says he will not sign any federal abortion ban bill at any level of ban if presented to him.

I do believe him that he would disagree with some of most extreme states' bills.

Do you remember his little "slip up" when he said the mother should be charged as well?

I say this because he believes in the power of big government. He is not a States Rights guy.
