Then why are not all abortions (or any harm to the fetus) considered 1st or 2nd degree murder?

This is my problem with people like you. You are not willing to actually say that (Spanky is to an extent). And then you will twist my statements to be "abortion on demand" and "intentionally kill innocent human beings".

The same people that accuse (mostly correctly) of the various liberal agendas will then sit back and say Trump did fine or I "hope" he does better next time.
