Russians targeted voters who were on the fence in WI, PA and MI based on voter intel fed to them by the Trump campaign and handed to them by one Paul Manafort. These voters were flooded with disinformation about Hillary Clinton. All I got bud. But you see the question you might ask, if you doubt my words, is why did Manafort give detailed voter intel to the Russians? For nothing? Come on now. This is very old news.
