My mother had the CEL come on in her car. I told her to drive to her Advance Auto she always went to and they would read the computer and tell her what the code was.

"I can't. They burned it."

A high school classmates wife was the bookkeeper for a tire store at Chambers and West Florissant. That store got looted and destroyed and everyone employed there was out of work. They didn't even keep matched sets of rims in stock--just singles-to prevent theft. Didn't matter because the scumbags took everything that wasn't nailed down.

My mother and several women from her church used to volunteer at a Ferguson church-run food pantry because that congregation didn't have the members to staff the operation. My mom and her friends had to stop supporting the food pantry. Why? Because the worthless piece of shìt scumbags blocking cars on West Florissant specifically targeted older white women who were easy prey to intimidate.

So yeah, who cares?
