It's been over 2 years since the Dobbs decision was announced by the Supreme Court.

During that time, has any Democratic Senator or Congressman filed a bill codifying the legalization of abortion?

It seems to me that it would be relatively easy to pick off a moderate GOP senator or rep here or there to vote for something reasonable.

If they haven't even tried, it tells me that the Dems are more interested in it NOT being resolved, and using it as campaign fear, than actually providing what their constituents/voters might consider good governance.

They'd rather ignore their base, who would unanimously applaud their efforts to pass legislation on the topic, and then use the lack of legislation to fear guilt them into voting them into power.

The whole damn system is broken.
