Since Roe V Wade was overturned, most Republican-controlled states have new abortion restrictions in effect.
Abortion rights supporters have prevailed in all seven states that already have decided ballot measures since 2022: California, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, Ohio and Vermont.
Arizona and Missouri are joining Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Nevada, South Dakota, and New York in letting the people vote on the issue.
Nebraska may have the issue on their ballot too.
There are also enough petition signatures to add raising the state's minimum wage to $15/hour and legalize sports betting in MO, which may also make the ballot.
