companies and, also, the average American cannot afford adequate legal counsel for the various legal issues that arise over the course of each year. Therefore, I believe that there should be a ceiling on hourly and contingency rates. I'm thinking $100 per hour and no more than 15% contingency fees. Anything above that will be illegal.

What are your thoughts on that?
