the oversight is just as biased as the actual investigation.

You can see it in the questions, arguments and all of that.

yet another problem of big government, they are must more involved in self interests vs anything else.

Does this happen at the Corporate level, no doubt, but given that the corps are ultimately interested in the bottom line, that is likely less to happen, as your competitors will swoop in and take over the market.
