i would bet that there are several people identified as a potential threat at every single trump rally. Generally
I would assume they turn out to be nothing, so I am not terribly surprised at that part of the reports

the angle that they showed with the trump moving his head still showed he was off by nearly 3". So however well he shot he had a poor aim . (on that shot)
