2016 Trump promised to end H1-B (and didn't). 2024 Trump talks about stapling green cards to diplomas.

I think some people who voted Trump in 2016 don't really want to vote for him again.

Kamala doesn't need to do what Hillary didn't. She needs to do what Biden did, which wasn't much. Biden didn't win because of his campaign.
