conclusion to at least 20 years of continually elevated rhetoric in our politics and that rhetoric has come from all sides. No side can claim victim and no side can claim immunity from contributing to the culture that brought us to last night. It’s been done for one reason, votes. And the more they can frighten the public and demonize the other side, the more passionate we can get the base to vote against the other side. Stop the hate is a pile of crap because we have turned Americans against each other and now we hate each other just because we differ on political policy. There are NO adults in the room at this point.
