grade school. The problem is that you're now drawing a line by defining what is or is not an "infringement." But you don't want anyone else to be able to draw a line where they think it ought to be.
Some reasonable people would say that if you are a drug addict, depriving you of guns is not an "infringement."
Or if you're a felon. Or if you have a domestic protection order against you. Etc.
