liars. Some cops respect rule of law and the civil rights of citizens, with whom they interact when on duty. However, some cops are thugs in uniform operating unethically, if not criminally under color of law. The cop in the Scheffler incident is an obvious liar and petty tyrant. He is not worthy of protection or backup from fellow leos.
