That shot is from a stationary camera situated across the street from the rear entrance to the course. Its not a cop video. All those cops present and milling about, but not even one relevant video was made available. Hmmm! Color me suspicious and skeptical of the PD's version of events. Especially, when you see the SUV driving up cautiously and safely, while the cop runs up to the car and smashes the windshield with his MagLight.
