That is not in dispute. The question is, what system of man allows greater opportunities to set it up, monitor it, and make helpful corrections that ours? The libertarian contingent throws out theories but is yet to point to one example in the history of ever where it has been applied and has worked.

It is very easy to point out flaws. That takes no skill or intellect.
