You're citing jurisdictions that instituted policies that violated civil rights of it's citizens. Stop and Frisk violated the 4th Amdt. and was discontinued, if memory serves. What NY and other blue States are doing is clearly unconstitutional. This guy was within his rights to build his own gun and own ammo.

This thread is becoming another libertarian circle jerk. On the one hand they don't believe we should have any government at all and OTOH, they think States aren't constrained by the Constitution. Its tiring to argue with them.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
