I get that you cannot have the perfect candidate, but you have said over and over two things.

1. that you will vote for only someone who has a chance of winning
2. You have always (at least I would say last 20 years) voted for the R team.

So, yes, I would consider that supporting big R government policies, which includes the same things that is happening with EVs.
