Agree, I really feel like everything is working right now for Mizzou. I didn't think DRF leaving would end up being a net positive for the university, but I could not have been more wrong. Laird is a very nice upgrade and gets a solid A on both your grading criteria (something I couldn't say for DRF). He's just so much more "polished". I also appreciated his short discussion on the business case aspect of capital improvements. I loved the "chainsaw" story regarding log "G". Just shows he's not above doing the smaller jobs and getting his hands dirty. I'm thrilled w/ the hire.
